A First

Well, I got to do something today that I've never been able to do before. I took a trip in the ambulance. I'm fine, I'll live to see another day, but won't be doing or teaching gymnastics for a while. I'll have lots of time to do Math and Debate, thats for sure. So, don't worry too much. I'd appreciate prayers for my back, and what I should do for the next couple of days, being as I will be skipping out on roughly 25 hours of gymnastics in the next seven days. Thats a lot of time to do other things in... and to get very bored in :-)

Ouch. What exactly happened? Your brother called, but Mom couldn't understand him that well over the phone.

Hmm... well, Nick and Ike already put in their vote for you to be over here, but I'm not sure that that wouldn't count as gymnastics or exertion. *shrugs* Read, sew, knit, crochet, I don't know if you still sculpt, draw, paint, rearrange Joy's room 'cause she's not there to stop you...

Hmm, re-arrange Joy's room, that's a good idea... besides the fact that MOM HAS TAKEN OVER!!!

So what exactly happend is I completely bailed out at the top of my backhandspring layout and landed on my back with my feet over my head on the ground. Yeah, nothing is broken but I've pulled just about every muscle in my back.

Ah. That sounds rather painful. Are they letting you out of bed yet?

Wait, wait, your mom has taken over... your activities? Joy's room? Confused, here.

I am "out of bed" in the sense that I haven't been in bed yet being as it would be impossible for me to climb up to the top of my bunk bed. So I currently reside in the living room floor where I lay on my back, and occasionally half sit up.

My mom has taken over Joy's room (with all of her stuff)
